Rework Bard's Party Maker Skill Into a Beverage Mixing Wheel
Bard's party maker currently sees no use in game and I suggest that it be reworked to create a new playstyle for bard that revolves around mixing the drinks that are currently in game into new ones with different effects. The way this would work is that the bard would have a new "flask" item that is 2 inventory slots tall and goes into the utility slot. The bard would select one of the five drinks that they memorized before the match on a wheel similar to selecting spells on a caster class. While holding an empty flask in their hand they would press right click to begin mixing the two consumables if they have them in their inventory. This makes a new consumable that can be used by the bard or given to teammates. These drinks would incorporate the recently added mechanic of "dungeon only" so upon leaving the match the flasks would return to an empty state.
In this image you can see some potential new drinks that I came up with and some additional explanation https://imgur.com/oDBebUg

<Hidden>I could see this being a monk skill also especially with the alcoholic beverages playing into a drunken monk archetype (or bard and monk would make a good duo as bartender and drunk). The drinks you designed are well balanced for the most part, very cool!

<Hidden>I think this skill should allow the bard to throw the potions to make a buff/debuff cloud similar to clown in dead by daylight. This would make it easier for the buffs to be applied.

<Hidden>I really like the idea of throwing the potions to make buff clouds. It should be pretty easy for them to make that happen by reusing the poison vial's throw animation and gas cloud, but changing it to give buffs instead when you walk into it. Changing the color based on what kind of potion is thrown would be cool too. I would say that when they're thrown it should have 1/4 the duration of the potion's buff after the player walks out of the cloud. For example, if the potion had a 20 second duration when you drink it, then when walking out of the cloud you would have the buff for 5 seconds. The clouds themselves should have a short duration too like 3-5 seconds so if you place them well only your teammates would get the buff.
This would also open up the opportunity for classes other than bard to fill the flasks with things like oil and water to give debuffs that increase/decrease certain elemental damage on people who are doused with them.
