Locust Swarm:
Curse the target, inflicting X magical damage over 8(?) 10(?) 12(?) seconds.
Additionally, if the target dies while inflicted with Locust Swarm, transfer Locust Swarm to nearest enemy and refresh the duration.

Give it to warlock. Curses are not ment for druid.

Warlock doesnt need a second similar dot. Druid has 1 attack spell (that heals and only hits 20?), and is severely underdeveloped.
