Bard should be able to play songs while resting.
Now that Tranquility and Chorale of Clarity only work while resting, the bard should be able to play music while resting. This would be very thematic with the bard class, and make using the Tranquility and Chorale of Clarity songs more enjoyable. It plays well to the fantasy of a bard playing music around a campfire with his party during a short rest.
Optionally, it would also be nice if other Bard songs, such as Song of Shadow could be played while resting. Currently, the song isn't very useful because using it is more likely to alert others of your position rather than hide you.

Bard playing music sitting down is something he needs, currently I need to deduce how much the skill will heal me, and top it off with bandages before playing and sitting down, because if I get up I lose the recoverable life.
In addition to being more immersive and making more sense, the team sat around the campfire with the bard playing his songs.
