Change Chorale of Clarity on Bard

One way to lower the base-power strength of Bard and slow down the gameplay again (which has become a push meta with Bard) would be to change Chorale of Clarity to only increase spells gained while sitting down.

This would mean clerics and wizards still have to sit down in between rooms/fights before rotating, still gaining spells faster with this buff than without but would force them to not constantly be on the move and constantly push while gaining spells.

that would just take away the one advantage of having a bard on the team.

How would it?
You still give Movement speed, action/spell casting speed, bonus armor/magic resistance, damage through walls, debuffing enemies power and armor rating, lockpicking chests, +3 to all stats.

Please explain how the "only advantage" would be gone when he can still give spells its just not happening while rotating.
We might as well make meditation be able to be done on the move too for wizards then.

Yes, and also make the healing music only apply to resting entities as well (but allow the bard to play the songs while in rest mode).

Thats a good idea, I personally don't feel like the healing part of a bard is too OP, but I get what you are talking about there is so many aspects of a bard that is too strong, there needs to be some kind of drawback. Risk vs reward..

Currently sitting provides more benefit than Chorale being 8pts per tick where Chorale is 2pts per tick. The issue is SP scaling not Chorale. Currently SP bonus is equal to Knowledge - 6 so for Cleric Chorale instead of giving 2pts per tick gives 14pts per tick.
